Does it matter what kind of grease I use? The LA302 FEL book says to use Moly EP grease while the B7510 book and the Landpride RC say to use multipurpose. Is the Moly EP better and can be used in all applications, or are there differing properties in the multipurpose needed for U-Joints, etc?
Just love getting that slimy stuff all over my hands /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I'm no grease expert but my father in law has been around big trucks for years. He recomended that I use the red high temp grease. It does seem to be very sticky. It doesnt wash off.

Moly is grease that is for low-speed applications, like your loader pins. Your mower deck is a high speed device, so you use a different grease in it. Buy a (cheap) second grease gun and use the correct grease or you will be buying (non-cheap) loader parts. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Why couldn't you use a grease like this -----> Click Here for everything, loader and mower?

I use there Heavy duty on my loader and Bh since it is 53% less funds to buy compared to there Series 2000.

I personally think there GHD/GHB (NLGI 1 and 2) would be better for low speed high stress application.
