I stopped by Dad's today he had been mowing weeds all day ( it was 95 degrees today). He said he did not even think to use the curl of the bucket yesterday to pull himself out and that if he would of thought of that, right when he got stuck, he could have pulled himself out before he bellied the tractor.
Harvey, I'm working (for myself) on a rock grotto and composite deck around our above ground below grade pool. I am at my usual slow meticulous pace, the pace I enjoy but the pace the self employed would starve on. Texas has the BEST WINTERS but somehow all my projects seem to peak in August and I burn up in the afternoon. At least now I can cool off in the 90 degree water. Every time the work seems overwhelming I remember your saying and it gets me through with a smile: "It's just a thing".
