Monsanto loses Roundup lawsuit

Anyone defending monsanto needs to read the transcripts of the closing arguments...it tells much more than just the evidence that is also overwhelming in support of the plaintiff...

Of course there are probably still people that think tobacco is harmless...DOH!

Not a matter of "harmless".....a matter of common sense in application, and accepting the risk of the product you use.

Been smoking the same brand of cigarettes for 54 years...since the military days......and there's a clock in everybody that only has so many hours in it, no matter what you do. Unless you run into an accident/mishap/wartime...your death naturally occurs as scheduled. Drinking poison knowing the risk, should not line an attorney's pocket for the poor plaintiff, who saw that it was POISON on the label, anyway.

Problem today is, NOTHING is anyone's own fault; it's always someone else's doing for their stupidity, AND, there's 1000's of lawyers who will take a Litigation Lotto case to cash in.

You mean in addition to the label caution instructions? California tried to put a cancer warning on it, but a judge blocked that action. "No, it doesn't." That's the great thing about leaving stuff up to a judge. Sniveling doesn't get far with most judges.

I’m pretty sure most thing I buy today have some California warning..is what it is. This is a temporary life.

Meanwhile without reading 15 pages, besides vinegar and salt (and round up), is there something I can make like 300 gallons a year to kill whatever I spray that’s not super expensive?

Otherwise I’m just going to have to use it and just mix round up without my normal extra for good measure and cross my fingers. Ha

Next thing U know everything will be labeled 'Caution, this product may cause cancer' as they now label many foods with 'caution may contain peanuts'.

LOL, surprised that peanut butter is not labeled with the allergy warning.
