At 69 I shake enough already under stress like starting a screw so I do not want to risk triggering Parkinson disease from Roundup laced foods and direct contact from using it. My health objective #1 is being a good home to my beneficial gut microbiome that are working to prevent my premature death. Today we know many human diseases start in the gut and that Roundup is associated helping the harmful bacteria and viruses living in our gut to overwhelm the beneficial ones.

Yes I do and I expect they are helpful but daily use of them is required but that is not hard.

I added at least 8 oz of pomegranate juice a couple weeks ago and it has been helpful.

Last week I read three books on food and disease that I found helpful. Brave New Medicine by Cynthia Li, MD about her 10 year path to recover her health. Eat to Beat Disease by William W. Li, MD spells out the foods that can help/harm our immune systems. It pulled together my decades of reading on the subject. The third book was by a writer named Tiago Henriques about two doctors (one in Brazil and one in Portugal) that have used Vitamin D3 for years to treat specific health issues. Since my doctor back in 2013 started coming down hard on me about my low Vitamin D level I got serious in 2015 to move my levels out of the dumps when it comes to reducing several health risk issues. With the event of COVID-19 I was very thankful for the brow beating from my MD back in 2013.

I assume you grow your own food because of your special needs. I don't use glyphosate in my garden. Do you?

No I do not used it any more. I read it is good to kill fresh stumps roots and all.

On a hunch as of Oct 2014 I cut out foods containing sweeteners and any form of any grain trying to avoid starting on Enbrel injections for pain management. That removed a lot of Roundup ready food sources but I did not think about that at the time but am thankful I dogged the use of Enbrel by changing my calorie sources.

I'm working to be less abusive towards people with physical handicaps. After I got past his Boston accent I started to realize what an informed person he is.
