The Supertrak got here today, I did not get her in the woods until 4:00PM but it is going to be a fun week! My prelimimary opinions about the machine could not have been more wrong. The engine and hydraulic coolers are mounted on the rear and they are huge. There are two hydraulically powered reversing fans in the "box" on the back. The AC and intercooler are the ones on the roof and they also run hydraulically powered reversers. Dozer controls will take some getting used to, I sure wish it had traditional pilot controls. The Fecon 120 mulching head is more than twice as beefey as the BH-85 that is on the FTX-140, and she is running the fecon knives! This is the high lift model, that is a Ford F-450 4X4 next to it (I have to stand on the bumper to check the oil). The cab is very well sealed and quiet, the pressurizer keeps out ALL of the dust and the radio is SUPER SWEET. Short story long this seems to be very well put together...I will run the tracks off for the next three days and check back. 300 hp will spoil you very quickly.

Words do not do justice to that machine. It looks like it should run 24 hours a day for several years just to break it in. I looked in the dictionary for the meaning of industrial and it said "Supertrak and Fecon 120." MULCH ON!

I'd be glad to give it a go for a week, but there may not be any trees left on the 160 acres after a week!

Not hardly and I had to put fuel in it to get started! I am chasing big work unfortunately that means big machines, big machines means big payments and 120 gallons a day.

jb it took about 6 weeks to do 186 acres with the FTX-140. I am shooting to have the 84 acres I'm on now by dark Friday. I am able to run 12 hours a day since my my family is not out here. Wish me and the beast luck.
