Another option would be to go used. I'm sure you could find a very nice low hour machine for less than the price you are looking at. You could get a bigger tractor for less money. With only 3 acres I don't believe you need a real big tractor though. Maybe you could rent something to do your big heavy work and buy something to fit your need for maintaining your property. Just some other thoughts.
