actually I found it interesting that montana bought 80 acres right next to farmtrack several years ago. Looks like montana bought the manufacturing plant the store and all the inventory. I am glad to see this. Hopefully this will get some more stability in montana's dealerships.

any word on LS Mtron now that the FarmTrac deal has closed---When are they coming to the STATES???? DIRECT---or are they even still thinking about it??? What China-India MFG will Montana use if this happens???

They are coming direct...they already have a sales team in place signing up dealers...but you didn't hear this from me if anybody ask!!

I see the press release is on the website now. Question I have is they state they make tractors ranging from 28 - 90hp. Where is the 90hp Montana????

LS has had that size for a long time. They just have not been here for various reasons. A press release, where? Will you post a link I did not see one but then again I have been traveling overseas so outta the loop on things.

plus Textron's part---55million???---heck Mr. Neil just write GM a 14Billion dollar check and you can own a whole car/truck company---maybe Kubota may be interested??? Maybe a $1 dollar check will buy'em by Christmas!!! What a great place for a US tractor factory!!!

I talked to a senior sales rep at the Tulsa farm show over the weeked where I was looking at the new "big" tractors of the Montana line. He indicated Montana was "very" happy with the price they paid for what they got(whatever that means). I think from what he said though they wished the deal had gone thru much faster.
