The blower is a Lorenz out of Benson, MN. Their website is www.lorenzmfg.com. Really works great and the 790 has no problem with it. Only thing is that hi-reverse is a bit too fast, and lo-reverse is a bit slow.....I'm in no hurry, so that's ok! The spout is electric so I didn't have to worry about extra hydraulics in the rear.

Here's another panoramic shot taken in the fall before the larch drop their golden needles.

As much as I hate snow and cold weather, I think I could learn to live with it to be able to wake up to that view every morning. Color me green.

I see from your profile that you are retired. That is a good thing because it would be real hard to leave that view each day. Absolutely gorgeous. /w3tcompact/icons/love.gif

Nice setup and I doubt and snow drift would give you much of a problem.

Icrans, beautiful scenery. How helpful is having chains on all 4 tires? I never really considered it but looking at your setup it seems to make sense.

Hi Bill C..... Well, I originally just had chains on the rear. My drive has a fairly steep 50 foot section just as it ramps up to the house, and plowing with a back blade with just rear chains I had the front end slide and swing around a coupla times.....raised the hackles I tell ya! The front chains cured that, and I'm sure help pushing that blower up the hill. I even used them last spring to help prevent sliding on wet new growth in the woods.
