I've used this online store several times before. I've experienced a large problem with the competentacy of the lady that takes my orders. Originally, when I ordered parts in the past, there was another lady that took my order. For whatever reason they changed to another woman who gets quite confused. The last time I ordered from her she sent me parts that weren't even close to the parts number I ordered. The order also took almost 2 1/2 weeks to get shipped to me. Here I was at the start of hay season with a broke down tractor and the wrong parts. I spent close to a month, plus they charged me return shipping for sending back the items they screwed up on. Not very good customer service. They are there and I will probably have to use them as a last resort but, I wish I could locate the dealer in Montana that was so good, as their charges on parts were less and they always had answers to any question you asked that was right on the spot.

Don't you have an LS dealer close to you they should be able to get anything you need. My tractor is and R4944 and the LS tractor that was exact was the R4020 and the newer version is the R4047 the only difference there is the slight change in the front of the hood. There must be an equivalent in the LS line that the LS could get you parts for. I am lucky in the respect that the Montana dealer where I bought the tractor at is now an LS dealer. I have never used Sundowner Tractor I had just found the site and kept it unless I ever needed it so I really didn't know anything about there service.

We don't have an LS dealer in Idaho which really surprised me. The dealer I purchased my R3644 from was in Kalispel, Mt., but went out of business. I am aware that LS is the original factory that manufactured the Montana tractor and most of the parts for same year and size models are the same. I think these tractors are awesome. I know the loader capability is far superior to any other tractor of the same size on the market. You really can't beat a Mitsubishi 4cyl deisel engine either. Thanks for your help. Hopefully I'll find something with the dealers' in Montana name on it.
