No LS and Montana are not "together", but LS is still the manufacturer of the tractors for Montana as the distributor, so yes they are still "together".

Montana moving to Tarboro really makes sense because Tarboro has the production building/equipment to make loader/backhoes for their own tractors now. It will also bring jobs back for the people of Tarboro that were hurt when Farmtrac closed.

I have a 3940 HST which I purchased in Mt. Airy NC. I was suppose to pick up the tractor on Friday in Mt. Airy but the dealer called and offered me a 3940 HST with 20 hours which was being kept in Tarboro NC. I live near Tarboro, meet the rep looked at the tractor and purchased it. I wonder if they will be servicing tractors there because that was one thing that sold me on Montana was I was told they would be opening a service center in Tarboro. I didn't want to haul it back to Mt. Airy when I needed to work on it.
