I just watched Oh Brother Where Art Thou (again).... free On Demand. The spline of a Wards Catalog made two showings at the beginning of the show. Had it not been for this thread,,,, who would have noticed?

I still have a broken socket from M. Wards. Lifetime warranty... I'll try to get it replaced.

as somebody else has already pointed out they are alive and well, functioning as a "buy here pay here" store... selling merchanise for twice what they are worth.
