I'm talking individual plants. As for when they start blooming and making fruit....kind of just assumed let them make as many as they feel like making? If not trying to grow large prize winners is there any reason to not let them produce as much fruit as they want to?

As close as they are in the rows and way they're already shooting off in different directions, even if I wanted to limit to X pumpkins per plant, not sure I'd be able to tell which plant each pumpkin belonged to. In a lot of areas, they look like one giant plant already.

Also searched for the Shultz 20-20-20 water soluble fertilizer mentioned above. Apparently only Menards carries it & we don't have those around here. Looking for Peter's Professional or similar....can find online, but shipping on a 25 lbs bag is pretty high so would prefer a local source. Thinking of going to 10-30-20 since they will be blooming very soon, so the high N 24-8-16 I'm using now probably won't be as much benefit for rest of their growth cycle.
