Not electric, didn't open it, some little engine. Very well made with tiny cylinders and hydraulic hoses.

Hercules is just a name that somebody put on that machine. It is a Kobelco.
The bucket teeth are the wrong ones, they are too large. Standard Hensley teeth like found on a L39 Kubota will fit that bucket's adapters, and are more proportional to the bucket size.
The machine does not revolve like a mini-excavator, it only has a limited boom swing.
