MORTL disc mower from TN COOP

I bought a new 8 ft Mortl brand disc mower from the Tennessee Farmers Coop last summer. So far it has cut about 50 acres. This is my 3 rd disc mower. I have a problem with the holder device for the cutters the welds were poor and the holders lost or broke off. I rewelded the lose parts in order to use the mower. I talked to the coop and basically it is my problem.
So for $5250 I got an unsupported one year warranty on a poorly made mower sold by fat xxx.
Dont buy one of these you can get more for the same money.

I bought one back in 2001 , i've mowed about 500 acres a year with some normal failure.... if the tab comes out of the blade holder... weld a 9/16 grade 8 nut in it's place and it will stay put. i've also wore out 3 sets of wear plates... i welded a cover plate on the last set... however so far so good for german engneering again.

I just got one of these mortl mowers, we got it for a backup. I cant for the life find how to service the bar. any help would be a great help.
