My last name is in the low 40s. My son, my brother, and myself are in the top five first names. Guess few would argue if you said we're 'generic'. 
Mom had a few male cousins in the top five surnames and they have sons, but the rest of four names of my grandparents will fade with my son choosing not to have kids. Well, no big family there to miss us...
