Most crazy demo we've ever done

This guy wanted to try and see if a larger tractor would pull his boat up and out of the water on a steep hill. Our salesmen (not me) loaded the tractor on a barge and took it out to this island. You can see the cooling towers from three mile island in the background. Pretty funny, can't say we've ever had to take a tractor out on a barge for a demo before.

Did he have to bring the tractor back? Or did the guy buy it

He had to bring it back, but only because the guy wanted an L3240 rather than the L3540 that we took out.

I worked at a nuclear facility for 27 years, and I'm not sure I'd like to live with TMI as the view of the landscape...

Pretty tractor, though!

He needed it proven that a Grand L would pull a small pontoon boat up a concrete ramp? A small B series would pull that boat out.

You sure to go to great lengths to make a (potential) customer happy. I KNOW what my local Kubota dealer would have said if i asked for the same !
