Congratulations, looks good! I can see the hydrostatic filter has been changed, it would be grey if not.
Did you get the lower side screens on the engine compartment with it? The engine fan moves a lot of air, All the screens on the grill, hood, and bottom side panels catch larger debris and help keep the radiator and radiator screens cleaner longer.

IF your doing a lot of loader work and your material is dusty, blow the radiator and screens often and check/clean or replace the air filter often.
The pickup for the air cleaner points strait down on the right side up front so if your making a dust cloud with the loader its getting sucked into the air filter pronto.

These are great tractors enjoy!

. I had no choice but to leave my brand new tractor on the side of the highway and drive home:eek:

I spent an absolutely restless night and in the morning rented an equipment hauler, had my wife follow me back there and prayed to God almighty that it was still there!
It was:)

Oh, wow. It would not have been in many parts of the country. Enjoy your new rig.

Congrats on the new DK. Sounds like it was a real mission to get it! What did ya do with the deer? I know when my brother had a head-on with one the destroyed his brand new Cougar (I guess it was a lot of years ago :p), the Trooper asked him if he wanted it.

A Couger, killed by a deer? Wow, it is usually the other way around!:D

No side screens, any idea where to get a set? Is there such a thing as a Kioti boneyard? I'll keep an eye on the dust. Southern Idaho is notoriously dusty. A superfine volcanic powder.

I almost spent the night with it. I was scared to death to leave it but it was a fairly lonely stretch of highway and as luck would have it there was a pull off in the shadows.

I didn't even stop. After it hit the truck I think it tumbled over the wheel well on the trailer.
I'm pretty sure he was texting and not paying attention anyway;)

A local dealer will have the sides or you can order them from MIE, Michigan Iron and Equipment over the internet. They are pretty big hunks of steel, I am betting they are going to cost some..

I'm not sure they would cut dust much. Grass and chaff yes but dust is just going to swirl under the skirts anyway. Much cheaper to just blow out the air filter more often. I'd make a wild guess of $500 for two skirts. Not worth it to me.

Nice rig, congrats! Make up a short hydraulic hose to loop between the rear remotes when you have nothing attached. This will keep your hydro pump from deadheading if you accidentally engage the A / B position lever.
Get a service and owners manual for the tractor, and owner's manual for the FEL. Check the small loader bolts, they tend to loosen up too. You can get a plastic cover that closes over the key switch, which will keep water out, from any dealer.
