Mount snowblade on FEL?

Make one side of the "plug" longer than the other thus angling the blade. The reason I mention this is that someone in this area made an insert out of plywood and apparently it worked quite well. This system would have some advantages. It would be cheap, quick to install and you would still have the FEL available all winter.

Those who are looking to adapt a 3ph blade will be well served by your advice on creating the offset.
