mounting lights to rops

Anyone have any pics on how to attatch 4 lights to the rops on a bx 23 without drilling looking for a bolt on.. Been searching all the threads cant see to find any...

I've been trying to decide between milling my own brackets out of aluminum, or just using 4 x 2" square u-bolts to mount lights to my BX2660. Money is short, so I won't have to make a decision for a while. Post pictures of what you go with!

Thanks for the pics that is the route I am going bought everything tonight at tsc ..... 1 by 1 aluminum square tube with 4 inch ubolts.. Your light bar looks great I see you even painted it to match your tractor.

I'd go with steel on the 1 in tube. Tightening the lights on mine was enough to bend the steel one.

Just my 2 cents.

Could not find steel anywere around me without traveling at least a 1 and a half from my home.. We will see how the aluminum holds up

I bought a couple of magnetic welding ground "clamps", I removed the handle, spring, and bolt, and used a short bolt, nut and a bunch of washers to attach the light:

How did you do the electrical? Fusing, connections, wire routing, wire size, etc.

Ran battery and ground wires (14ga) the full length of the tractor to the battery. Used the fuses that came with the lights. Relay latches +12v from the battery to the lights with the +12v trigger from the right headlight.

Also used a 4pin trailer connector at the base of the ROPS incase the "light bar" ever needed to be removed.

Since the install of the lights, I now use this wiring for the 25 gal sprayer I have too...Connect the additional 4pin connector: Turn the headlights on = spray, Turn the headlights off = stops spraying.
