Well the Basket ball net is gone, The tractor made short work of that. Here it is all pushed into place. I'm a firm believer in work smarter not harder.

Well it is all leveled up, I,m calling it a day. Tomorrow I'll pick up some more blocks and see how it settles overnight. I only have blocks on the 4 corners right now. We have rain called for most of the week so it should sink on it's blocks some. I am sure I will spend a week or so shimming it up as it settles.

Its done I did the final leveling after it set overnight and added in the rest of the blocks. All the doors and windows work great and the locks all line up. Time to cut the grass

Nice score! I've got a 10X16 that I'd love to have moved from the back of my lot over to one side closer to my detached garage. It'd be a move of about 100'. Unfortunately, it's not on skids but anchored to piers concreted into the ground. My wife keeps telling me to tear it down and build a new one but I'm too cheap to do that. It's a good building; it needs some TLC because it sits close to the lowest area of my yard, and has some moisture related rot but fixing that would be a whole lot cheaper than building new...

I've always found a sawzall works wonders for freeing up a shed I need to move.

I have moved many small buildings over the years. We have used Tractors, Pickups, and many with an International Scout. Buildings this size are not very heavy. You can jack the building off its footings, attach some skids (2x6x16) You will be surprise how much you can move with just 4 men. I like to use fence post as rollers but 4" pvc seems to be a popular choice. I like to use 4 planks on the ground to roll on. It is very easy to do.
