Moved the Lights, Now What

You guys are hard on the ego, here I was thinking that it was really nice outside.
I live right on the Gallatin river so it's cooler than just 10 miles away. On the good side, it's very dry which means my zero degree temp is equal to 32 degrees in Minnesota.
I did go and start working on the wires on the PT, the metal has not heard about dry temps. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

 - did you run your ground wire inside the ROPS pipe?
or tape it to the outside?
- I assume each light will need its own grounding wire.
or can you tie them together?

So far, my wires to the high light are outside the ROPS, because the light is a removable light with magnet mount.

There's no problem running one ground wire to one light, and then a wire from that light to any others. The objective is to tie the ground side of each light to the negative battery pole by a wire, as well as grounding it to the frame.

My sister lives in Arizona. We always ask how she can stand the 100+ temperatures there, to which she always replies, "But it's a dry heat." She came to visit us one winter. It got down to 22 below zero. She was complaining about being cold. I told her, "Yeah, but it's a dry cold." /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yes, I have cut holes so that I can run the two wires inside the ROPS. I checked the negative battery pole which grounds to the frame, this I plan on tieing into. As I had already run the one wire (which tested bad) inside the ROPS I will replace and run the two. Each light will be run seperate.

I get the same thing from my relatives in Arizona. The word "white" is not in their vocabulary. On the other side I will not visit them from May to October, as it is far to hot. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Tonight the weather was in the mid 20's so jumped in and ran new wires to the lights I bolted to the ROPS. I ran two wires, one for ground and the other hot. Was very careful to grind all holes that I had drilled which it turned out was the cause for the first wires to break. All completed and everything works as it should. I did tie off the ground wires for now as I was getting good contact with the frame for ground, they are ready if needed. Thanks to Charlie and MossRoad for your help.
