The Dodge Sprinter is a similar van to the Benz and Freightliner. I don't know if they are related in any way, or anything else about them really. I wonder where the used airport shuttle vans get sold?

From what little I know I believe the dodge was made by Benz for dodge until 2008ish. There were some problems with them and they are not as desirable and thus much cheaper.

Not sure about airport shuttles, I bet they run those things til they won't run anymore.

I can't remember if I said this before, but there is a place selling one that say they have several still going strong past 600,000 miles!

Only hearing that the emission equipment was taking a toll on the old 5 cylinder version and that is why North America now has the 6 cylinder... Also tow ratings increased with the new 6...

Got it. Everything I have been looking at is a six cylinder. I think with the 2015 they actually started offering a 4 cylinder. I think that is even rated to tow 5000 lbs.

The kids carved some pumpkins tonight.

It was so nice to have a few hours in a row to knock out some projects including a quail hutch, washing out some barrels to use for feed storage, adding to the compost pile and staging some wood to be split.

My kids normally have me up before the sunrise. I wouldn't mind missing the occasional one.
