Grading Mower Blade Stuck!!!

I got 2 of the 3 blades off my finish mower but the third one wouldn't come off (Impact Wrench)

Alex,
Use a block of wood between the blade and mower deck, and use a braker bar with a long handle to remove the nut holding the blade on. This will give you all the leverage you need to remove it.

Tried the wood that how i got the 2 blades off. the other one the whole assembly just turned with with the bolt

Alex,
If your deck is that rotted, pull the whole spindle unit, blade and all out from the bottom. Then put it in a vise and remove it that way.

Alex, I wondered about your first post; whether you meant to ask whether you needed an impact wrench, or whether you meant it wouldn't come off with an impact wrench. I've no doubt a decent impact wrench will remove it easily. Otherwise, instead of the wooden block to keep the blade from turning, you're going to have to block the pulley on top of the deck in some manner to keep it from turning.
