Need help to ID this rotary mower I got, there's a decal on it, what I can made out is 4500, but don't think that's the full decal. any help with make/model surely appreciated

Not sure who made it. Looks like a letter in front of 500 to me. Maybe an M.
Turn it over and see if there are any numbers on the blades
