BobG are you talking about tractor hill equip? I have bought several things from them, also I rent their no till drill to reseed hay fields. they are only 11 miles from me. next time I am down that way I will stop in and take a look at them. I might also slip on down to mineral and check out the new stihls, I have actually bought all my saws from Brooks Besley since about 1979 or 80, I just thought I would try something different for a change. I have done a lot of reading on the cs400, seems like every body likes them. I don't like dragging those 70cc saws around any more.

Yep..its Tractor Hill...and yeah, I know about lugging heavy saws around..I still have a couple of "Big Macs" that just keep on running... and running..so I can't get rid of them..they're over 30 years old...and by the way, use the same bars/chains as the CS6700...hmmm...I'd like to take credit for that but it was just pure luck..(when I change a bar/chain on the Echo, I put it on the Mac...Let us know what you do... well I have knot had time to get down there yet, been plowing snow and trying to keep my water from freezing. I
think I will take a look at the cs-400 and the cs-590 timber wolf, seems like a good price for a 60 cc saw. any body
running the cs 590 and what do you think of it?

Rather than the CS2255, get the 50cc or 60cc pro versions CS2252 or CS2258.
