ms310 no fuel

Can start with carb cleaner and dies soon as cleaner is used up. I have replaced fuel hose , cleaned fuel filter, cleaned carb. Problem started after I took saw apart to replace broken brake handle. Could there be a tiny hole in the pulse hose from carb to crank case? Any other ideas to check?

There could be a hole in the pulse hose. Worth a shot anyway.

And I am not familiar with that model, but I had a similar case on a husky 266se. There was a plastic spacer that went between the cylinder and the carb. It could go on either way, BUT, there was a hole on one side that mated to the pulse port on the jug and carb. It was backwards.

It isnt that hard to take the carb back off and double check everything. Since you said it WAS running before, my guess is that something was missed when put back together. Pinched hose?? cracked hose?

I have a 310 IPL and service manual. I would be looking at the impulse line and then make sure you put the carb back together in right order. Diaphragms and gaskets etc.
