AS to the head if not cracked have it planed by a shop as a head will be $$$.
The MT 160 is very similar to my MT180D and I'll add a great machine very rugged but unfortunately they dropped selling in North America.
Look up Southern Global as they proved to be a very good and reasonable source for Mitsubishi parts and support.*
