Mt122 leak

Well just got this tractor one day ago only had 34 hrs on it.... ran it for about 4 hours, doing some loader work .. wake up this morning and both rear wheels right under rear axles have 2 small puddles, the fluid looks clear and oily either hydraulic oil or gear oil..
Didn't have to examine it too much as I was already leaving late to work...

Is this something common ? How much work will this take to fix?

Sounds like the oil seals have failed. Those puddles are probably hydraulic oil. I'd jack it up, try to move the wheel top to bottom, side to side. Check to see if the bearings have failed. If not, remove the wheel and inspect the hub. I suspect that is where the oil is coming from. You can replace the oil seals yourself or take it to a dealer.

Just got home and upon closer look, it seems to be leaking from the top where the return line is, there's a little hole behind that banjo not sure if it's supposed to have a rubber cap or some plug

There's an Allen head plug in the hole in front of the top banjo fitting. There were a few MT1 tractors that had a loose plug and they leaked. LS had a service bulletin on it. Don't remember the size of the allen wrench needed to tighten, but I got over the top of the banjo fitting from behind the tractor to tighten it. A friend of mine took off the rear wheel on his to get at it easier. Had to turn it about one and a half turns until it was as tight as I could get it. Wiped off the oil and test ran, no more leak.

Haha yeah came into update on this, exactly what that turned out to be, first I tried to put little rubber plug, then I am like let me feel it see if it's a hex, tried 2 sizes and gave it at turn and it fixed, been cutting grass for 1 hours Everything seems fine and dry
