It would bend very easily actually without snapping any bolts but it's clearly bent. You can't even bolt the grill guard (the dark grey part) to those bolts because it's bent.
Thats 1/2" steel plate - I dont think it bends that easy. There's no stress cracks in the paint and it bent like it was attached to the tractor when it was bent. Not sure how that happened but it had to have happened at the dealer or the factory.

If it gets hit right, it will bend very easily. Specially if something pulls it on the top, where it would get all the leverage. Where it happened? I can't answer that, but it's definitely bent.

You can see paint cracking where it bent, not only at the red arrow where I marked but also near the side plate just about where the sun is shinning:
