That is a very nice looking MT372 in that ad, one of the nicer ones I have seen for sale. Would ask if he has the 3pt arms, as they come off for the mid mount deck.
I own 2 MT372's (2 cylinder 2wd) and an S373D (3 cylidner 4wd) and I greatly prefer the sound and capability of the S373D, but depends on what you can find for sale, and what you plan to do with it.
