I will supply springs and hardware to mount springs on the side pieces of the tool box. I've mounted mine that way. The rubber bumpers don't provide enough lift. The pin is not included. However, I have found that the holes on mine have gotten slightly enlarged over the years and the pin doesn't fit quite tight enough. Thus the seat rocks a little. I'm going to drill the holes out a little and use bolts with lock nuts and washers to remove the slack. Using lock nuts, I can tighten the nuts just enough to remove slop and still be able to raise and lower the seat. Bill
