Mud Season is almost done?

You kidding?
I still have 3-4 ft of snow in many spots and a 6-7 ft pile near my house, (OK, we shoveled the roof and piled it there).
My lake is still frozen over!
LOL, when I go to town wearing my boots folks look at me kinda funny like.
Gosh. snow is predicted again tonight! OK. an inch or 2.

Hey. I'd like to see mud! (and hopefully grass!)

Piloon - my infamous mud hole finally dried up yesterday afternoon. It's the wind - not the sun nor the temps that have the greatest effect. Now I've got a mile long, dusty driveway. The ice on my ten acre lake went out on Feb 6 and my grass is over three inches high. You'se guys who live so far north just get to enjoy the white stuff longer than the rest of us.

Bavarian - I'm not the least bit worried about my Odyssey AGM battery. It's DESIGNED for construction equipment use. The last AGM battery in my previous tractor lasted 17 years. And, yes, I do keep the AGM battery connected to a Battery Tender.

If it's a good battery to begin with, yes they do hold.

I made the experience in my semi. Almost every year a cheap set of 1150cca batteries. And they don't quit when it's convenient for you.
Until I talked to the right guy. They stocked Interstate Batteries in the mid 700's cca. And after 3 years, they still passed a load test but on the low end. Batteries in Semis usually don't last longer that 3-4 years.
