I got some new Gator Mulching blades for my deck. They were the standard Kubota one for some other 60" deck. I had to make a bushing for the blade to reduce the 1.125 diameter to .950".
I have to say it was worth the $60. The blades have a lot more lift and they do lift the grass up a lot better. I even noticed it sucked up pine cones and dead matted down grass from the previous mowing's, which the other blades never did. They do chew up the grass better, so I do like that, the mounds of grass aren't as big. I also noticed I can mow faster since the blades suck the grass up better.
Well worth it.
