When you look at what the pro's are running it tells you something. The t870 is a giant and makes no sense with the tracks being wider than the cutter. t770 makes more sense but then you lose more ground. Terex may be good at mulching but i believe its limited in other ways. The Bobcat and CAT are way more versatile. The original CAT CTL's had major problems with undercarriage but they worked through that and the machines are awesome. I have heard CAT has made even better improvements for next yrs model. Service support is critical.... The other day I pinched a hose on my grapple... I had it to the dealer at 4:30 and I was back out at 5. The local Bobcat dealer at one point this summer was 2 weeks out. Even if its not critical for the machine to be down if they don't have parts or time to work on the machine it sucks! The Bobcat dealer here has zero experience with a mulcher. My vote is CAT. Dealer support, hp, hydraulic pressure, versatile. Price is great but long term its minimal. Just my thoughts
