figured this to be the best place to find info for replacement parts for a muller c42 cement mixer looking for drive train shaft 3/4" 6" long two keyed slots. 3/4" 11 tooth drive sprocket, 3/4" pillow block bearings replacement of rph np2 bearings. thank you

I would say you can get all of that stuff from places like Surplus Center, McMasterCarr, etc.

Looks like it's all off the shelf parts. For the shaft, they also shaft with the key slot all ready pre cut in the entire length.

Agreed. Look up “bearing suppliers” in Google maps and it should quickly provide you options.

thats what i did just had to learn and measure pitch of sprocket being its severely worn.

It’s been a while, but I’ve been restoring this cement mixer. I just mounted a motor on it last year. It’s an 8 hp from Harbor freight I went to put on the gear and pulley assembly to the sprocket and it looks like the pulley will not fit because the air cleaner is in the way, so I guess I cannot use this motor. I probably have to get a Honda 9 hp.

Update I had to cut and move the engine mounts approximately 2 1/2 inches so the chain assembly would not rub against the muffler on the harbor freight motor

A few years ago I inherited an old concrete mixer. It had been stored outside for decades and the engine was ruined. I wanted it to run well, and I didn't want to have to store it inside. So when replacing the engine I cut the mounting bracket off and welded a receiver hitch (trailer hitch) on it. Then I put the engine mounting plate on a piece of box tubing that fits in hitch tube.

Now the mixer lives outside, and the engine lives in the garage. Since mine is engaged by a spring loaded belt tightener, the belt naturally has some slack in it. I can mount or unmount the engine in about 5 seconds.

If yours is going to be stored outside and used rarely, you may want to consider this (especially if your engine mounting gets in the way of putting the metal box enclosure back on).

Hi I need help with my muller mixer model 306.

I recently purchased one and started restoring it. I got the engine running and replaced the pillow block bearings from amazon. I have been looking for a parts manual and cannot find it. I am in need of the drum bearings and all the gaskets that prevents the mortar from entering the bearing.

I am grateful for any assistance.
