Howdy.
Your post specified PTO attachments,.....sooooooooo, I would have to vote for either my Bush Hog mower, 5' or my Landpride finish mower, 6' as a tie for first place.

A tiller would be second place and I dont even own one. Usually, I rent one, or maybe I can borrow one this spring 'cause my neighbor just got one...

On an unrelated note, my little 5'x10' trailer is absolutely indispensible for work around my acreage.

Theo, agree on the trailer! My 5x14 single axle is probably the BEST attachment. It:

*hauls the tractor
*Moves kids to/from KOLLIG
*hauls firewood to our house
*hauls loads of compost from the zoo to our yard
*makes a nice mobile platform
*is comfortable to sit on and have a cold one after a hard days (or hour's work)

Yup, trailers are great!

I have three that I use all the time.
5'x10', two wheel, 3500# single axle, rear drop ramp
18' carhauler, tandem axle, brakes, dovetail
3'x4' four wheeler or lawn mower trailer, two wheel

The 5'x10' is used the most by ME. But the car hauler trailer is BORROWED from me the most.... /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

If I only had one implement, it would be a 5x10 trailer!

What type of trailer are you guys using? Any trouble pulling up hills on the drawbar?

My two wheeled 5x10 trailer is a simple trailer with no sides, only side pockets and a 3500# axle and weighs 750#.

My tractor manual says the tractor is rated for 3300#. Therefore, it seems to me a good match.

I havent had any problems using the drawbar with it. It seems to pull just fine.

The car hauler I have is a cheap TARGET brand chinese tandem axle trailer. It weights 2200# empty. I use it with the tractor just to haul very light stuff like brush around the acreage, but I never pull a full load using the tractor. The primary use of this trailer is to haul my tractor over the road with my truck as the tow vehicle.

1- FEL as gravel & dirt carrier plus general "wheelbarrow" duty.
2- brush hog
3- something to till the garden and to make raised rows. In my case, I acquired a friend's soil ripper from his old JD M that I added opposed discs to, to make raised rows.
3- shredder/chipper
4- drawbar for the 3 pt, to be able to adjust drawbar height easily. The old soil ripper attaches to it.
5- carryall
6- back blade
