mx5100 with grapple

I have the 5100 and it is a great tractor for the money. I am most likely going to purchase the Bradco rock bucket after the Farm Machinery Show next week. I am going to use it without a grapple to see how well it works. At some point I may add one, but not yet. I would also be required to add additional valves to do so, but I will most likely go with the Kubota kit. That is a good looking setup you have, but I worry about exposed hoses as I have even knocked off metal lines on my L2900 in the past. It is easier than you think. Do you have a box blade with your setup? If so, which one and how do you like it? I am considering the Dirt Dog 6' rollover, the hydro ones are just too pricey.

I paid a little over $800 for the Kubota system with the steel lines to the front.:)

Was this an aftermarket addition or with the initial purchase of the tractor?

I purchased the kit after I had the tractor for 6 months. It is a nice neat installation which is why I went with it. I am **** enough that I hate having hoses 'hanging around'.:D

I just put a Kubota third function valve on my B25 this fall. The kit was 917.00 with pa 6% sales tax.
The install went smoothly and all mounting holes were there and all wiring was plug in. The valve is under you feet on the left side inside the frame rails. The only problem I had was my fault, I didn't tighten one fitting and lost a little oil.

I keep saying I am gonna post some pictures but haven't gotten it done.
I just figured that for the extra 175 the install would go better. I had maybe 8 hours in it.

I love my grapple and just yesterday I got a snow plow. Tried it out last night. Both came from Wildkat. They have good equipment and good prices. They only make a 96 inch plow so I call um up and asked if they would cut it down to 72. No problem done deal.

Nice job but why did you not use the Kubota kit which has really nice neat steel lines that follow the loader arms.

I've been calling around and apparently kubota doesn't give a 3rd function as an option for the mx5100.
