My 4310 was picked up on Saturday AM for the eHydro recall and was delivered this afternoon (although I haven't been home to see it yet). I was told it would be done on Wednesday, so since it is now Thursday, I stopped in this AM at the dealership to check the status of it. The service manager told me that the transmission was replaced with a new unit (from a different manufacturer), and that the fluid and filter were replaced with new.
I got this tractor in Sept 2003 and made my first payment in October, not including a down payment (which I had opted for) and made when I placed the order (2 weeks before delivery).
Before it had 20 hours on it, I had noticed an occasional problem selecting reverse. The dealer "reprogrammed" the transmission and I never saw the problem again.
We clean the manure from our paddock area daily and as such use the tractor daily. Winters in Minnesota can get cold, so I plug it in about an hour before needing it and it always started just fine. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
