James ... Yes, and totally unexpected. She had to battle with a couple old rusty, stubborn nuts too.

Yeah, sorry about that. They are completely new cushions actually, not just covers. The bottom has the strap that attaches it through the seat pan, and the backrest is attached with included hardware.

I got them from a vendor on eBay. Very reasonable price (about $65 with shipping). And what a difference!!!

They are pretty easy to find, but if you need a link let me know.
