I just got a CT335. It has plenty of power so far as I can tell. I use it in low range for mowing and FEL work. Medium Range is for transporting across a field and moving dirt in the FEL longer distances. The only thing I think you can use high range for is getting onto the freeway. Mine also will near stall if I depress the HST pedal too quickly. Even if I dpress it smoothly and slowly, the power seems low. I would not even think of doing any work in high.
The tilt-wheel thing is perplexing but it is most likely a loose something or other. I would see if your selling dealer will come by real quick like and fix it. Mine has worked great. My neighbors all think I am some king of snobish gentry for having tilt-wheel.
