After been thinking about a tractor for a year I finnally have the money or close to it for a yanmar. My spec is to be a powershift and have a water pump. The tractors that are in the running are 1610, 1610D or a 2210.
The 1610 series I want a 42" rotary cutter while on the 2210 I would want a 4' rotary cutter. I will be cuttting 2.5 acres of pasture with some light clearing in 3 acres of woods. I am leaning towards the 1610 size because I did do a drive way, house pad and did plant some trees. I like the 2210 becasuse of the power/weight for working the woods. Grass cutting will be my main function and if a house is built more stuff will end up in the 2.5 acres part. How far apart the prices will determine which tractor I will get but I think the 2 wheel drive 1610 will be my choice.
