I could say some mean things that are easy to say but hard to back up with conclusive facts. But let me say that I hope your problem is a passing one and that KIOTI fixes it for you post haste before they get a bad reputation on this board, which will cost them many times over the cost of a new tractor.

The gloves are off. Spoke with my dealer today. They advised Kioti wants them to replace the last two remaining seals that have not been replaced on the hydro pump. I advised them this was unacceptable and my patience was completely gone.

I will be calling Kioti daily until I speak with someone other than their secretary from **** Connie. I am not interested in anything less than a new tractor or at the very least a new hydro pump. This tractor has been in the shop for over 30 percent of the time I have owned it. Kioti needs to man up or they will lose this customer. I advised my dealer I really did not even want the thing back. I would sell it for what I have into it today if there was a buyer.

I really cannot believe how Kioti is handling this. So any advise let me know. I will keep you up dated.

kiotiken offered you some direct connections to high level...

If you haven't, yet, I hope you PM him and get all the help you need. Maybe he, himself, can call his contacts and put an end to this nonsense.

I think all of TBN hates to see you going through this...

Shout out to any KIOTI dealers on the forum...maybe they can help. I know there are other brand dealers that chime into conversations with good information. Perhaps this issue is a little more common yet under reported to the manufacturer.

I seem to remember a Kioti dealer recently replied to a thread, I'll see if I can find out who and send them a link to this thread

Sorry to here of your Kioti troubles. Here is my recent thread about the Connie problem at Kioti and how it cost them a sale.

Once you get to actually talk to someone in a position to do something about it, you might want to cite my thread as just one example how they are losing business because of her and their corporate policy of denying access to anyone else.

I sincerely hope you get your machine fixed right without anymore hassles. Good luck, I feel for you.

Misfire

UPDATE: Thanks to some help from some friends here on TBN I was able to back door my way and actually make contact with some people that actually make decisions at Kioti. Initially the gentleman was upset I had obtained his contact info. I adivsed him if Kioti did not hide behind their secretaries this would not be an issue. He attempted to tell my they all are too busy to speak with anyone other than dealers. I advised him this will be their fall out if they do not change.

Anyhow he advised me he would look into my issue and assured me they would make good for it. He again attempted to tell me the seal replacement gig generally brings good results. I called BS on that, advising him the issue with my tractor was supposedly so uncommon they had only seen one other tractor with identical problems over the past two years.

My dealer called today and advised me they recieved the final remaining seal that had not been replaced in the Hydro pump. They replaced it because the almighty Kioti told them to. GUESS WHAT. Still leaks. My dealer has finally convinced Kioti to ship out a entire new hydro pump which is apparently on the way. He also told me he is currently pounding the phone trying to get me an entire new tractor.

I will keep you up dated as we continue down this road called tractor ownership.
