- traded MF135 for a 2605 4x4 &added a Mahindra eMax 22HST
Its real hard for me to climb in it. My 2605 Massey is much easier to climb on as it has a extra step. I don't think it won't b to hard to fabricate one. But apparently Mahindra doesn't offer one, nor does anyone else that I could find.
I rested on one of the rear lights and it broke off. Did put much pressure on it either, wondering if someone broke it at the shop or factory. If not, its not a very sturdy light. The housing is made of thin plastic.
On idle it rattles a lot, kinda like its under load when just sitting Bump up the rpms to about 2000, smooths out and sounds fine.
The tires don't get much grip. Went across a water saturated ditch on a angle and it got stuck, even while in 4 wheel drive. After using the bucket to back me up, I remembered that it had a diff lock. Once i engaged it, it finished backing out w/o issue.
Tractor handled well and seemed to have plenty of power. It doesn't use much fuel either
The real test will come when the 4' roto tiller arrives.
Surprised it didn't have a mid mound pto, std. But don't think I will need one.
We bought it for the garden work and I think it will do fine.
