It's really cold here in Indiana. I scraped snow off the driveway yesterday. Everything was fine.
Then some one was stuck last night on the hill. So I brought a load of gravel there. I turned it off.
When I restarted it the fuel was on really high, past 540.
When I turned the fuel throttle down nothing happens. I can go up and down nothing happens. It remains really high rpm.
How do I fix that?
