My Jinma 254 has trouble starting in the cold?!?!?

Good Day I tried magnetic heaters they didnt work worth a darn for me. I installed a lower house heater bought it from o'rellys you can tell when i go out to start it in cold weather it is already showing 120 140 degrees on temp gauge.. starts right up .. Be careful I for some reason blew all three glow plugs last year on my nortrac 254 after letting the battery run down and starting tractor from the start position on my charger..
