It's good to start with smart pratices. Did yours come with a seat belt? Mine did not.

My seat belt came in the bag of spares, and I've never bothered to install it. You can have it if you like

You really need to use a seat belt. ROPs only work if your secured away from the bar/ROP.

Buying a new tractor was influanced by the safety geer.

Scoz,

In reference to the FEL/hood clearence. I removed the hydro line protection cover and she opens fine. I will just drill new holes and slide the cover about 0.75" away. It still will cover the lines completly.

When you get a chance, post a photo of your exhuast change. The more I think about it, the more I know the brother-inlaw will knock it off on a tree limb. Not me of cource!

Patrick, attached are a few pics of the muffler mod. I used 1 1/2" black pipe cut'n'thread then welded. I used a muffler from TSC and a 1 1/2" circulator flange for the manifold.. Its out of the way and a lot quieter ... Scozz
