My Kubota B7800 will not start

Help,

My B7800 will not start. I have jumped all safety switches, checked all fuses. I lost dash power originally and changed the fuse. Then the solenoid would click but not start. Now the solenoid does not click When I jumped the two posts on the solenoid, the solenoid spins but starter and motor does not. Any ideas???

Are you SURE that you got all of the safety switches? The forward/reverse petal is common issue.
