Looks like you’re asking yourself “what’s up?”
So the 3-Pt hitch moves down by gravity. So, if you have a snowblower on it it will go down. Moving the lever will make it go down but you have to have the speed adjustment set to open…which only adjusts the down speed. ( knob usually below the front of the seat) So if no equipment on the 3-pt it might need a friend or two to force it to drop… or leave it overnight with the lever in the drop position.
