Hello the forum..I was all set to buy a new DK55 Kioti Tractor with a loader and a backhoe....I may still do this, but I am glad that HighBeam brought this subject up.....It gives me the chance to see how problems and complaints are handled by dealers and also the company itself.....In my opinion, with all the trouble that Highbeam has been through, I think that the dealer should swap a new loader off of a new tractor on the lot, and get a replacement from the factory......THEN KIOTI HAS A VERY SATIFIED CUSTOMER....
It takes time for any factory or company to fix problems and all brands of Tractors have problems......but why not make the customer happy, until the problem is solved.?....it is going to take awhile to straighten out the mess of the new replacement loader....who to blame,etc........
I also know that the dealer is very important to his or her customers. I'm not degrading or belittling Highbeams dealer...
Maybe I don't know all the facts....

Just my 5cents worth.(inflation)

"I think that the dealer should swap a new loader off of a new tractor on the lot, and get a replacement from the factory......THEN KIOTI HAS A VERY SATIFIED CUSTOMER...."
I must disagree here, HB will never be "satisfied", as he will always be checking the loader for cracks. I presume the remaining 11 folks with cracks are still using their loaders?
Why replace a defective unit with another "defective" unit (i.e. no fix installed). It seems that patience is a rarity for a few Kioti owners here. Let the Kioti engineers come up with a solution, protype it and test it.
Reading every post, from day one, I would agree with a previous poster and suggest HB get another brand of Tractor. Maybe one of the NH (or Case?) which seem to be developing cracks in the seat brackets?
If mine develops cracks, I'll deal with it by contacting Rick. Not by coming on here and saying Kioti and it's dealers can't accomplish anything. I realize HB corrected that statement, but you can't take some things back.
As you can tell, this is my opinion, and like everyone else, I'm allowed to have one.

"Not by coming on here and saying Kioti and it's dealers can't accomplish anything. I realize HB corrected that statement, but you can't take some things back."

That was a simple mistake, not an intentional statement about the many fine dealers. I have never utilized another Kioti dealer for warranty work so I am not able to comment on their abilities to work with Kioti to solve problems. Give me a break, if you can't handle a plural/singular error then that's too bad for you.

Yes I can be satisfied. There are many ways the dealer/kioti can make me a happy customer once again and I have made it perfectly clear to them what they need to do.

Hey Bob, you're absolutely correct. I don't know what KIOTI is saying to the dealers, (or vice-versa), anymore than you do. My interpretation of some of your statements was off. They appeared to be negative - my mistake. Next time I'll be more careful with my wording....Thanks for your close attention.

The one thing that I know is that the way that this thing has escalated, there needs to be an official statement. It wouldn't matter which avenue Kioti chose to utilize to make the statement public. Just as long as the statement is put out so that the owners with losses would know that something is being done. I know that the well-respected dealers here have stated that it is being worked on, but the many loyal owners deserve something more than second hand information.
