My loader won't crack

Nice photoshopping Rimshot! :D

Frank,

Just for peace of mind, I would have the repair kit installed anyways. Making the loader stronger and less prone to cracking is not a bad thing.

Mine didn't crack until about 175 hours. And I haven't lifted anything quite like those logs. Just cause it hasn't happened yet, doesn't mean it won't. I'd get the kit ASAP, before it cracks.

OK, the truth be out but still consider what to add to the bucket so loads do not come back and sit in your lap!:D

I have a CK20 with the older, 2006, loader and it hasn't cracked. I've been using it pretty hard for 150 hours and doing what my farmer friend says shouldn't be done. He keeps telling me that the loader is on the front and the digger is on the back. I've even used the corner of the loader to dig up some pretty large rocks. Do I just have an exceptional loader?

Woot! You're having too much fun with a tractor!

 I would never do my "Orange Baby" like that.

oooooow LOL

We all treat our dozers and tractors with tenderness, wiping dirt smudges off the new paint, checking the oil four times a day, getting everything just right. Then about an hour after the 50-hour breakin maintenance tuneup, we give 'er heck. :)

Frank, I hope none of these old-growth Big cedar stumps ever have to be hauled off, but now I know this l'il tractor can do it, woot!

another unsecured little load, oh well short trip.

Pushing over trees -- I keep telling myself it ain't a bulldozer but it does it so well. I'll fix it when I break it, then I'll be cursing (a little, not much :))

Wow.. Look how nice and purdy[pretty Texas style] that tractor looks in the 2nd photograph.

:)

That was at about 51 hours, unfortunately it don't look so purdy* now. But it rests in the shop -- Donna wasn't too happy about her newish car parked outside in the weather but what the hey. Gives me a good place to touch up the paint scrapes and admire it while getting warmed up with a cold beer.

*my son lives by Killeen so I do "purdy". And "all y'all", "wimmin" and Texas Rest Stop (DQ).
